Job Description

Overview: Kelevo Software is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in Pune. This role is crucial for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our innovative software solutions. We're a fast-growing company passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM effectively for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct consultative selling, demonstrating a deep understanding of client challenges and Kelevo's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of proven experience in B2B IT Sales, preferably SAAS sales.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM and sales management tools.
  • Demonstrable business acumen and a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
