Designation: Business Development Manager (Full-Time)
Department: Projects / EPC / Business Development
Location: Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi
Experience: 2-3 Years of Experience in Solar Industry
Role: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence
• Identify, engage, and onboard new clients in manufacturing and EPC domains
• Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized and value-driven solutions
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of proven experience in business development (B2B/B2C)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or EPC industry dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
• Ability to build and lead a business development team
