Overview:
Muraspec Distributors India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a global leader in commercial wallcoverings, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality interior solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our market presence within the premium interior design and architectural sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert high-value leads through proactive market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end project sales cycle from initial contact to final installation.
  • Deliver persuasive client presentations to showcase our extensive product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic growth areas.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 9 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the interior or building materials industry.
  • Strong network within the architect and interior designer community in Mumbai.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
