Overview: Join Kelevo Software as a Business Analyst specializing in Zoho. We are a dynamic company dedicated to innovation and delivering exceptional software solutions. This role is crucial for optimizing business processes and maximizing the value of our Zoho ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, Inventory, Analytics, Payroll).
- Develop and automate workflows within Zoho.
- Create Customised Management Reporting Dashboards.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights.
- Document Business Requirements (BRD) and Functional Requirements (FRD).
- Provide solution testing and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong Zoho platform expertise.
- Proficient in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
