Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning/AI models for production use.
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, audio, etc.).
• Implement NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems based on business needs.
• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and low latency.
• Build pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Deploy models using TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or cloud AI services.
• Collaborate with global teams in a remote-first environment using Agile tools.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Hands-on experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (remote collaboration ready).

Good to Have

• Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Knowledge of MLOps pipelines and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience in API development for serving AI models.
