Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader who can drive revenue, lead from the front, and build a high-performing sales team while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Own sales and revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement
Handle outbound/inbound calling and support closures when required
Manage, train, and mentor the sales team for performance excellence
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track leads, pipelines, and conversions using CRM tools
Provide market insights and improve sales strategies
Demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and closing skills

Proven experience in sales leadership or team handling
