Job Description

Overview: Laxcon Steel Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our Seamless Pipe Plant. This role, based in Delhi, is crucial for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and fostering strong client relationships within the seamless pipe industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for seamless pipes.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing key accounts.
  • Lead market development initiatives to expand geographical reach and product penetration.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and commercial understanding.
  • Coordinate effectively with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior management.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-11 years of proven sales experience in the seamless pipe or steel industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in market development, pricing knowledge, and contractual understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commercial understanding and strategic thinking.
