Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Counsellor to engage with working professionals, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right learning solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert inbound leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs
Deliver effective sales pitches and handle objections confidently
Consistently follow up with leads and maintain engagement
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2C sales / inside sales / counselling

Prior experience in EdTech or admissions counselling is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English required)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and using CRM tools
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

Preferred Profile

Background in EdTech, training, or education services
Experience handling inbound leads and high-intent prospects
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
