Job Description

Overview:
Iri Equipment India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Regional Field Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore. We are a leading provider of high-quality construction machinery, and this role is critical for expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships within the building materials and construction sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert high-potential leads through proactive cold calling and field visits.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and developers.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets while ensuring healthy margins.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to leadership.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to post-sale support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within construction equipment or building materials.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Excellent multilingual communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
