Frankfinn, the world leader in aviation and hospitality training, is seeking a seasoned Hospitality Trainer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will shape the future of the service industry by imparting high-quality professional training to aspiring candidates. You will be responsible for grooming students to meet international standards, ensuring they are industry-ready for prestigious roles in hotels and luxury service sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Hospitality Management, Front Office operations, and Food and Beverage services.
• Deliver hands-on practical training using industry-standard software like Fidelio and Opera.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with Frankfinn's global curriculum.
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments, feedback sessions, and mock drills.
• Mentor students on professional grooming, etiquette, and soft skills essential for the hospitality sector.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure training relevance and excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• 10 to 12 years of core experience in the hospitality industry or as a professional trainer.
• Expert knowledge of Front Office, F&B Service, and guest relationship management.
• Proficiency in using Fidelio or similar Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
