Job Description

Overview:
ApexNeural Private Limited, a leader in AI/ML innovation, is seeking a dynamic Head of Delivery to spearhead our project execution in Hyderabad. This pivotal role involves overseeing the successful delivery of complex AI/ML, Data, and Digital Transformation solutions for our clients. You will drive excellence across all delivery phases, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and scope adherence.
Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, applying robust delivery management principles.
Drive the adoption of best practices in Software Engineering, MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage client-facing interactions, senior stakeholder management, and escalation management.
Champion scalable cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Guide teams in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, LLMs, NLP, Agentic AI, and ETL/ELT Pipelines.
Conduct architecture reviews and promote robust system design and design patterns.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
15-20 years of progressive experience in software delivery, with significant exposure to AI/ML and Digital Transformation.
Proven leadership, communication, and planning skills.
Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMs, NLP, and AI Engineering.
Demonstrated ability in client-facing roles and senior stakeholder management.
Experience with enterprise product development and API platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, execution, and escalation management abilities.
