We are seeking a seasoned English Trainer in Chennai to empower our students with the linguistic confidence required for global careers. In this role, you will shape the communication skills of aspiring professionals, ensuring they meet international standards of excellence in the service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-impact training sessions focused on spoken English and professional communication.
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
• Conduct regular assessments using the LSRW framework to track student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Guide students in achieving a neutral accent and polished corporate diction.
• Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 7 to 20 years of experience in English language training or soft skills development.
• Expert command over English grammar, vocabulary, and phonetic sounds.
• Proven ability to teach a neutral accent and professional speaking styles.
• Strong understanding of the LSRW methodology and language assessment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring young talent.
