We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will be the face of Koinx, ensuring our users receive seamless assistance while navigating the complexities of digital asset reporting. Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate support to users via chat, email, and call.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to API sync and CSV data management.
• Assist users with queries regarding TDS calculations and crypto tax reports.
• Escalate complex technical bugs or financial discrepancies to the relevant internal teams.
• Generate regular support reports to identify common user pain points and improve the product.
• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction by delivering empathetic and clear solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce or Finance background is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in Hinglish (Hindi and English).
• Basic understanding of TDS and data management using spreadsheets or CSV files.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Quick learner with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
