Job Description

Overview:
Join Orangecells Innovation Lab Pvt. Ltd, where innovation meets impact. We're seeking a experienced software engineer to lead our cutting-edge projects in AI and computer vision, driving technological advancements and backend solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop & optimize new computer vision algorithms
Engage in database design and handle messaging queues like Kafka
Design and implement scalable backend systems with FastAPI.
Collaborate on AI-driven projects, integrating Agentic AI models.
Manage and deploy services via CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins).
Ensure system reliability and performance
Collaborate with team to deliver solid product

Requirements:

Crunch time startup mindset
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Python, OpenCV, MySQL.
Experience with Agentic AI
Experience with scalability and system architecture.
Familiarity with Linux command line and scripting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
