Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang (mandatory) and additional experience in Java, Python, or C++. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of backend development experience and a solid foundation in building scalable, high-performance systems.
You will work closely with the CTO and founding team to architect, develop, and scale innovative fintech products within the finance and stock-market ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems.
• Collaborate with founders to contribute to product strategy, technical direction, and feature planning.
• Participate in architectural decisions related to tech stack, system design, and long-term scalability.
• Develop, optimize, and document RESTful APIs for both internal and external integrations.
• Work with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and related tools.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code aligned with CI/CD best practices.
• Monitor, enhance, and ensure the performance, security, and reliability of backend services.
• Uphold high engineering standards and contribute positively to the team’s culture and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience with deep proficiency in Golang.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience building or scaling production-ready systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in fintech and stock markets.
