Overview: Augment Simulation is a pioneering firm specializing in high-end technical environments, and we are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex designs and reality, overseeing the execution of specialized healthcare and interior projects. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site execution and manage on-site manpower to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Interpret and implement detailed architectural, interior, and MEP drawings with high precision.
• Coordinate complex MEP services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Supervise specialized interior works such as acoustic treatments and AV/IT integration.
• Lead testing and commissioning phases to ensure all systems meet project specifications.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and safety standards across healthcare and commercial sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and internal design teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1 to 8 years of proven experience in site supervision, preferably within healthcare or high-end interiors.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP and architectural drawings.
• Solid understanding of civil execution, MEP coordination, and acoustic installations.
• Excellent manpower management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Bangalore and handle multiple site responsibilities.
• Compensation will be provided in INR based on experience and industry standards.
