We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Vadodara. In this pivotal role, you will drive regional growth, inspire sales teams, and expand our market presence. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a high-performing team of medical representatives and area managers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and distributors.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for business expansion.
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide on-the-ground coaching.
  • Manage regional budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharma regulations, compliance standards, and the Gujarat market landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
