We are looking for a seasoned Personality Development Trainer for our Coimbatore center to mentor students and transform them into industry-ready candidates. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the grooming, etiquette, and overall persona of our students, ensuring they meet the high standards of the global service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging workshops on personality development, social graces, and professional grooming.
• Train students in advanced communication skills and public speaking to build their self-confidence.
• Lead intensive interview preparation sessions and mock drills to improve employability.
• Design and implement training modules focused on body language, voice modulation, and etiquette.
• Monitor individual student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in soft skills training, personality development, or the aviation industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Exceptional command over English and superior public speaking abilities.
• Proven expertise in workshop facilitation and employability training.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
