Overview: Aviette is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager – Ticketing (Marine) to join our growing team in Andheri East. In this role, you will lead our specialized marine travel division, ensuring seamless global mobility for seafarers and offshore crews. You will be responsible for navigating complex travel logistics and delivering cost-effective ticketing solutions in a fast-paced environment where precision and industry expertise are paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day ticketing operations specifically focused on the marine and offshore sector.
• Manage complex crew change logistics, ensuring timely arrivals and departures across international ports.
• Handle end-to-end travel documentation and visa requirements for maritime personnel.
• Optimize costs by utilizing specialized marine fares and negotiated contracts.
• Coordinate with port agents and shipping companies to align flight schedules with vessel movements.
• Monitor and resolve ticketing issues, reissuances, and emergency travel requests.
• Generate operational reports and maintain accurate records using MS Excel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marine air ticketing and travel operations.
• Expert proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Deep understanding of marine fares, seaman fares, and maritime travel regulations.
• Strong skills in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proximity to or willingness to work in Andheri East.
