Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability in relationship building, networking, and opportunity identification.
- Strong organizational skills and high adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for reading books and a solid understanding of the publishing industry.
- High level of self-motivation and a disciplined approach to follow-ups.
