Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
Design, configure, and implement Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, Inventory, Analytics, Payroll).
Develop and automate workflows within Zoho.
Create Customised Management Reporting Dashboards.
Conduct data analysis and generate insights.
Document Business Requirements (BRD) and Functional Requirements (FRD).
Provide solution testing and troubleshooting.
Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong Zoho platform expertise.
Proficient in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
