Overview: Join Deekshaa Infosystems Pvt Ltd (Zygal), a dynamic and growing IT services company, as our AVP – HR Talent Acquisition in Pune. This pivotal role will lead our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting top-tier talent to support our ambitious growth in SaaS, Cloud, and IT sectors. You will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce and employer brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical, sales, and niche roles.
- Lead bulk hiring initiatives and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Drive employer branding efforts to position Zygal as an employer of choice.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Oversee ATS management and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Specialize in SaaS, Cloud, and Channel Sales / Partner hiring.
Requirements:
- Master's degree required.
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven expertise in technical hiring, bulk hiring, and recruitment strategy.
- Strong background in Employer Branding and Stakeholder Management.
- Experience with ATS management and SaaS recruitment is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in Channel Sales Hiring and Cloud Sector Recruitment.
